Free Trial Terms
When you start an Ethera subscription, you may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During this trial period, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed through your Apple account settings.
By starting a free trial, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue into a paid subscription. If the trial is not canceled before renewal, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your selected billing method will be charged by Apple.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account subscription settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Ethera during that time.
Because Ethera provides immediate access to digital subscription content, all charges are final once billed, except where required by law or where a refund is granted directly by Apple under its own policies. To keep our billing practices fair and consistent for all users, we do not provide discretionary exceptions for missed cancellation deadlines once a renewal has been processed.
If you intended to cancel but missed your renewal date, you can still turn off auto-renewal right away so that no further charges occur. Your access will remain available through the rest of the already-paid subscription period, so you can continue using Ethera until that period ends.
If your subscription was billed through Apple and you believe you may qualify for a refund, Apple allows users to submit refund requests through its official purchase support flow. Refund decisions are handled by Apple.
How to Cancel on iPhone
To cancel your Ethera subscription on iPhone:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Ethera.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
If you do not see a cancel button, or if you see an expiration message in red, the subscription has already been canceled.
Manage Your Subscription on iPhone
You can also use the same Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions page to:
view your active subscription
confirm whether your trial or plan is still active
change subscription options if available
renew an expired subscription
Refund Requests
If your subscription was purchased through Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s system at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple account that made the purchase. Apple reviews and decides refund requests directly.
