How to Delete your Ethera Account

You can delete your Ethera account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever is easier for you:
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
Open the Ethera app:
Go to the Account tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the Account tab
Tap Delete Account and confirm — your account and data are removed right away
Option 2 — Ask our team to do it for you
Email support@ethera.online from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile, account details, listening history, daily stack, and preferences.
Please note: Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction and subscription receipts needed for tax and financial compliance. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
